She developed her sustainable coaching philosophy through her personal journey over the past 6 years throughout which she went from party girl to losing 10+ kg, running 16 Half Marathons and doing 2 bikini bodybuilding competitions whilst working in fast-paced 9-5 jobs in tech startups and marketing agencies.
